Yes. All subscription plans (Capture, Engage, Amaze) require a minimum 12-month commitment.
Yes. Subscription plans require a minimum of 5 active seat licenses.
Yes. Add-ons like AI EdgeCapture™, CRM integrations, onboarding, and support hours are billed separately.
Badge scanning also requires an event API, which must be purchased directly from the organizer.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time.
Log in to My Account, visit “My Plan” on the pricing page, and add features or seats. For a complete plan change, contact your Success Manager or email support@momencio.com.
Downgrades can only be made after completing the one-year subscription period. Mid-cycle downgrades are unavailable, as we do not offer refunds for changes.
- Annual plans are non-cancellable mid-term. They remain active until the 12-month period ends.
- No refunds are offered for early termination or unused time.

For annual plans, cancellation is not permitted mid-cycle. Your access remains valid through the end of your 12-month term.
You may export your data before the account is closed. Once your subscription ends, access to the platform and your data will be revoked.
We retain personal data for no longer than 7 years, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion by emailing dpo@momencio.com.
We recommend purchasing at least 7 days before your event to allow time for setup, training, and testing. For faster turnaround, contact support.
Once you purchase a plan, a dedicated account is created for your organization. Setup usually takes 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive a notification once ready.
Badge scanning requires purchasing the event API from the organizer. If unavailable, AI EdgeCapture™ can enrich leads using business cards or basic contact data, without the need for badge APIs.
Yes, you can add seats to your plan anytime during your subscription. Log in to My Account, visit “My Plan”, and make the adjustments. If you need assistance, contact our support team.
All plans include access to our support channel for standard issues.
The Amaze plan includes dedicated support.
You may also purchase onboarding and custom support hours for more personalized assistance.
