Job Description:
We are seeking an English speaker (or bi-lingual) Sales & Lead generation (cold outreach) Associate in Greece to join our team and play a vital role in driving growth and sales. Suppose you’re a results-oriented, positive-thinking individual with a knack for identifying and generating new sales opportunities, excellent communication skills in English, and a strong team player. In that case, we’d love to have you on board
- Your role:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and research.
- Sales: Demonstrate a results-driven approach to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English to effectively communicate with prospects and customers.
- Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues within the sales team and across departments, contributing to a positive and motivated work environment.
- Customer-Centric: Understand customer needs and challenges, offering solutions that align with Momencio’s capabilities.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product and services to communicate its value to potential customers effectively.
Requirements:- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Use creative methods to proactively prospect potential customer opportunities using various channels (Email, Phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ensure demos are well-qualified with a high chance of closing and converting to customers.
- Ability to quickly grasp and work with technology and software solutions.
Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with event marketing concepts or software platforms.
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation, sales, or a similar role within B2B SaaS software.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Past SDR/Sales experience is ideal but not required
