03. Enterprise accounts you cannot otherwise reach
For exhibitors
A short list of named companies is attending, and your team cannot get a meeting any other way.
The trap
Standing at the booth hoping the right person walks past.
What to do
- Book before you fly. Reservations open at 11am ET on August 25 for VIP and September 1 for general admission, and your targets are booking the same rooms.
- The Sync groups meetups by role. If you sell to RevOps, that is where RevOps sits down.
- Braindates run 30 minutes, one to one, group or super group, in the Braindate Lounge in Hall B, Level 0.
Walk out with
Named people from named accounts, and a reason to talk again in three weeks.
04. Testing a new market or segment
For exhibitors
You are finding out whether this audience understands your category before you commit a full budget to it.
The trap
Measuring the test by lead count, which tells you volume and nothing about comprehension.
What to do
- Write down the questions people ask before they ask about price. The confusion is the finding.
- Run two versions of your opening line across the three days and count which one makes people stop.
- Sit in The Sector meetup for your target industry and listen instead of pitching.
Walk out with
A straight answer on whether this market recognizes the problem you solve.
